Notices to Horsemen from the Hawthorne Bookkeeper’s Office

Effective immediately, Hawthorne Race Course is implementing the following updates:

• Check Deposits:
  All checks being deposited into Horsemen’s Bookkeeper accounts must be made payable to Hawthorne Race Course.
  Hawthorne is no longer able to accept third-party checks per the bank’s policy.

• Wire Transfers:
  Updated wire transfer instructions for owner accounts are now in effect.
  Please initiate wires a few days in advance and notify the Bookkeeper’s Office by phone or email once the transfer has been sent.
  Note: Previous Signature Bank wire instructions are no longer valid.

• Signature Bank Checks:
  If you still have any outstanding checks from Signature Bank that have not been replaced, please return them to the Bookkeeper’s Office. New checks will be issued.

• Check Cashing Services:
  Check cashing at the Information Window has been suspended until further notice.
